Kerala Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination to begin from tomorrow

Kerala Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination also known as class 10th will begin from tomorrow onwards.

4,35,142 students are appearing for the exams this year. The exams will be held in 2923 examination centres in kerala and nine centres in Laksha Dweep. Besides these there will be nine examination centres in the United Arab Emirates.

Students appearing under Kerala Board will be writing their first exam on March 13 with the first language paper 1 including Malayalam, Kannada, Urdu, Gujarati, Sanskrit Oriental (for Sanskrit schools).

Additional Hindi, Additional English, Arabic Academic, Arabic Oriental Part -1 for Arabic schools. This will be followed by first language paper 2 which will be held on March 14. As per the schedule, the last exam will be held on March 27 with Biology paper.

Candidates are advised to reach the exam centre on time.

Students must carry the admit card. No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam hall without it.

Reach half an hour before the commencement of exam.

Carry all your stationary items required to write the exam.

Some last minute tips-

Revise what you have already learned earlier.

Do not start anything new at the last moment.

Go through all the important topics and formulas.

Rest well before the exam.

Do not take stress.

After the Kerala SSLC exams conclude, the result is expected to be declared in the first week of May 2019. Students can check result online by entering their roll no. and class in the login window.

Kerala Board Of Public Examinations, also known as KBPE is an Independent Department Functioning Under Ministry Of Secondary Education, Government Of Kerala. The Department is responsible for conducting various public examinations like SSLC, HSC, SSC, ALEVEL, TTC, KGTE, KTET and THSLC.
