Unhealthy nighttime habits that might be damaging your body

A good night’s sleep is important for healthy body and a functioning mind.  Your nighttime routine have a major impact on your overall health. So avoid these common nighttime habits that can be damaging to the health:

Brinking coffee: Coffee has a stimulating effect on the brain which causes it to slip into a state of ‘alert’. This can disturb sleep by delaying it or causing interrupted sleep.

Bingeing : Bingeing is fun but it can lead to hampered sleep due to blue light exposure and disrupted schedule and therefore must be moderated.

Being inconsistent: Does your bedtime keep changes every day?  This habit might be causing your body to suffer. Having a consistent nighttime routine is important to ensure that the body stays well-rested.
