KEAM 2023: Final Allotment for Engineering and Architecture Courses Published

The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) in Kerala has released the third phase of allotment for Engineering and the second phase of allotment for Architecture courses for the year 2023. You can access these allotment details on the official website www.cee.kerala.gov.in.

The candidate’s allotment information, including their Name, Roll Number, Allotted Course, Allotted College, Category of Allotment, and Fee details, will be visible on the candidate’s homepage and can also be downloaded as an Allotment Memo starting from the evening of September 4, 2023. It’s essential for candidates who receive an allotment to print and keep a copy of the Allotment Memo for future reference, as this phase’s memo will not be available later.

Additionally, candidates with allotments can obtain a ‘Data Sheet’ containing their basic details by selecting the ‘Data Sheet’ option on the candidate’s homepage. To secure admission, candidates should present the printed Allotment Memo, Data Sheet, and required documents, as specified in clause 11.7.1 of the prospectus, to the college authorities at the time of admission.

Candidates receiving an allotment in this phase must pay the specified fees to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (if applicable) between September 5, 2023, and 2 pm on September 8, 2023. Fee payments can be made at any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala or through online payment. A list of Post Offices accepting fee payments is available on the website.

Candidates who receive allotments in this phase should join their respective colleges between September 5, 2023, and 3 pm on September 8, 2023. Failure to remit the fee or join the course/college within the given timeframe will result in the loss of their allotment.

Candidates should reach out to the allotted colleges for joining-related information. This phase marks the final allotment for Engineering and Architecture Colleges for the academic year 2023-24.

Any remaining vacant seats in Government Engineering and Architecture Colleges after the third phase of allotment will be filled through spot admissions conducted by the Director of Technical Education. Other colleges will handle the process themselves in accordance with government orders and the applicable prospectus conditions. Candidates are advised to contact the Director of Technical Education and respective colleges for information regarding stray vacancy filling, and they can also refer to their websites for further details.
