Potato cheese balls recipe

Potato Cheese Balls is a delicious recipe, combination of potatoes and cheese which is spiced up with garam masala powder.

Ingredients 

Potato

Cheese

Paneer

Bread Crumbs

Preparation

Add boiled potato, paneer, cheese, salt, coriander, cornflour, and garam masala in a bowl and mix.

Take a small amount of the mixture and make it into a round. Flatten the round and add a tsp of mozzarella cheese in the center.

Make into a ball again and refrigerate the balls of 30 minutes.

Take another bowl add all-purpose flour and add water to make a thin paste.

Dip the balls in the flour paste and  in the bread crumbs

Deep fry on medium heat until golden brown.

Serve hot with Ketchup
