Shiyas Kareem’s Sexual Assault Case Takes a Surprising Turn: Previous Marriage Revelation Shakes Allegations

The sexual assault case involving reality show star Shiyas Kareem has taken a surprising twist. Shiyas has defended himself by revealing that the complainant, in fact, concealed her previous marriage from him before they entered a relationship. According to Shiyas, he had committed to marrying the woman but was taken aback when he discovered that she was previously married and had a son from that relationship. These revelations were brought to light when Shiyas spoke to the police, vehemently denying any allegations of sexual assault.

The incident unfolded when Chanthera Police in Kasaragod registered Shiyas’s arrest on charges of molestation. Upon his arrival from Dubai, he was detained at the Chennai airport by customs, following a lookout notice issued against him by the Kerala Police. After being informed of his arrival, Chanthera Police took him into custody, and he was subsequently brought to Kasaragod. He is set to appear in the Hosadurga court for further legal proceedings.

The case stems from a complaint filed by a woman residing in the coastal area of Hosdurga Taluk. Shiyas Kareem, a well-known model and social media personality in Kerala, had garnered fame through his appearances in reality shows, including Bigg Boss. The complainant alleged that she was sexually abused by Shiyas at a hotel located on the national highway in Cheruvathur, all under the pretext of marriage.

The story between Shiyas and the complainant began when she responded to his advertisement seeking a trainer for his gym in Ernakulam. As they got to know each other, the situation escalated, leading to the woman giving Shiyas Rs 11 lakh with the promise of making her a business partner. She further claimed that she was coerced into hotel meetings, where she was physically assaulted and forced to undergo two abortions under Shiyas’s pressure.

As the legal proceedings unfold, the case continues to be a topic of significant public interest, with people closely following the developments in this high-profile matter.
