Assault Case: Actor Dileep to be questioned again

Actress assault case, a special team of the Crime Branch will question actor Dileep again. The probe team decided to question the actor who is named as accused in the case after the court quashed his plea seeking cancellation of a further probe into the case. With this, notice will be served to the actor in the coming days. Based on the existing evidence, the interrogation will be initiated in the coming days. The questioning will be mainly focused on the statement of director Balachandra Kumar who raised serious allegations against the actor.

Crime Branch also booked Dileep for conspiring to endanger the investigating officials of the actress attack case. Recently, Crime Branch had revealed that cyber expert Sai Shankar had helped Dileep to erase the data in Dileep’s phone. The Crime Branch also received evidence on Sai Shankar’s arrival in Kochi. The court has directed the crime branch to furnish the details related to the actress attack case and submit the report by April 14. The trial court will consider the case on April 18.
