Keraleeyam Inauguration: Kerala Showcases its Rich Heritage to the World

The event, inaugurated by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan at the Central Stadium, heralds a seven-day extravaganza that promises to be a cultural feast for the senses.

The event is not just a local affair; it draws in participation from renowned figures and representatives from various countries, underlining its international significance. Among the distinguished attendees were eminent personalities like Kamal Haasan, Mammootty, Mohanlal, Shobhana, Manju Warrier, MA Yousaff Ali, and Ravi Pillai, lending their star power to the event.

Spread across 42 venues, stretching from Kowdiar to East Fort, Keraleeyam offers a diverse array of activities. One of the focal points of the event is the 25 seminars scheduled, delving deep into discussions about the future of Kerala. Over 200 prominent individuals from different spheres, both national and international, will grace these seminars, providing invaluable insights and perspectives.

As the sun sets, the cultural extravaganza comes alive with more than 4,100 artists performing at 30 different venues across the city. These performances, ranging from traditional dances to contemporary acts, paint a vivid picture of Kerala’s rich cultural tapestry.
