Coronavirus: Another No-Case Day In Kerala; 401 Got Cured So Far

Thiruvananthapuram: One patient from Kasargod under treatment in Kannur District got recovered today, a total of 95 are under treatment and declared 4 new hot spots today, says office of the Minister of Health and Social Justice Department. Health Minister KK Pillai said COVID-19 was not confirmed by anyone. Shailaja’s teacher said. With this, 401 people have so far been recovered from Coronavirus. At present 95 people are receiving treatment in various hospitals across the state.

21,720 people are under observation in various districts of the state. Of these, 21,332 were in homes and 388 in hospitals. 63 people were admitted to the hospital today. So far, a sample of 32,217 individuals (including the augmented sample) has been sent for inspection. Of the 31,611 samples available, the test yield is negative. In addition, 1683 samples were negative for 2391 samples collected from priority groups, such as health workers, guest workers, and social contacts, as part of Sentinel Surveillance.

4 new hot spots added to the state today. The new hot spots are Mananthavady in Wayanad district, Edakkattuvayal panchayat in Ernakulam district, Manjallur panchayat and Santhanpara panchayat in Idukki district.
