Do you know the health benefits of sweating ?

For most of us we avoid sweating is icky and we also make a great effort to conceal it. It is not a great feeling but please note sweating is vital to our health, don’t escape from sweating by washing face, tie up hair into high pony etc.

If you are not sweating, you are not pushing out toxins from your body. It could also suggest that the pores on your face are blocked, leading to more acne breakouts and pimples which are harmful for skin.

Elimination of salt from the body can help prevent kidney stones from forming

Sweating also leads to increased thirst and the need to drink plenty of water, which is also helpful in lowering the risk of kidney stones.

Through sweating pores on our skin open up and allow for a protective shield  to form against pathogens, thus reducing bacteria on the skin. This can benefit many skin problems.
