A papaya milkshake at no great cost

A shake can be prepared at home without great expense and a promotion for papaya that falls without anyone noticing. Papaya is a good source of vitamins and antioxidants

Papaya

• Papaya in small pieces: a cup
• Well chilled milk: one and a half cups
• Sugar: Three-quarters cup
• Honey: Two tablespoons

How to prepare

Beat milk, papaya pieces and sugar in a mixer. Boil until all the sugar is dissolved. Honey can be added just before drinking.
