Vanilla cupcake recipe
Kids love cupcakes. They are very easy to make also. Here is a yummy recipe of vanilla cupcake
Ingredients
- 110g butter
- 110g sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 110g flour
- icing sugar
- milk
Preparation
Heat oven to 180C/160C
beat butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy then whisk in 2 eggs, one at a time, scraping down the sides of the bowl after each addition.
Add vanilla essence, flour and a pinch of salt, whisk until just combined then spoon the mixture into the cupcake cases.
Bake for 15 mins until golden brown and allows it to cool
whisk butter until super soft then add icing sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
Whisk together until smooth and then beat in 3 tbsp milk.
