Mustard

Pepper

Instructions:

Boil cauliflower florets and cashew nuts together until tender.

Transfer the boiled cauliflower and cashew nuts to a mixer grinder, and add mustard, pepper, salt, and milk. Blend until you achieve a thick sauce consistency.

In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic and mushrooms until fragrant.

Add the prepared sauce to the pan, along with herbs and chilli flakes. Adjust salt to taste and mix well.
