Do we consume milk while we are on diet?

Dairy products are excellent sources of protein and consuming them is good for health. There is nothing that can replace instead of milk. Women who have PCOD, thyroid, menopause or pregnancy can continue to have dairy products at a limited level.

Milk has a host of benefits for the body and is packed with nutrients like calcium, phosphorus, vitamins B and D, and potassium, among others, that keep the bones healthy and are also excellent sources of protein. But If a person is allergic to dairy, it should skip entirely.
