Healthy breakfast recipe : Vegetable Paratha Roll

Breakfast is very important as it is first meal of the day so it should be healthy and nutritious. So today we have Vegetable Paratha Roll Recipe.

Ingredients

1 cup flour,

1/2 cup milk

1 big spoon oil

For stuffing

1/4 cup carrots finely chopped

1/4 cup finely chopped beetroot

1/4 cup onion finely chopped

1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum

1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon chilli sauce

1/2 tsp Coriander finely chopped

1/2 tsp white sesame seeds,

salt

1 tsp oil

Preparation

Knead all the ingredients except the stuffing into a dough. Heat the griddle. Make thin parathas by making small dough balls. Then, prepare the rest of the parathas and take them out in the plate. Combine the stuffing. Spread 2 tbsp of the stuffing on the prepared parathas and make a role.
