Nirmala Sitharaman Among Forbes’ Most Powerful Women for Fifth Consecutive Year

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has once again earned a spot on Forbes magazine’s prestigious annual list of the world’s 100 most powerful women, marking her fifth consecutive appearance. In the 2023 ranking, Sitharaman secured the 32nd position, showcasing her enduring influence on the global stage. The list also features three other accomplished Indian women: Roshni Nadar Malhotra, Chairperson of HCL Tech, claimed the 60th position; Soma Mondal, Chairperson of Steel Authority of India, stood at 70th place; and Kiran Majumdarshah, Executive Chairperson of Biocon, secured the 76th position.
