Karan Johar apologises to Madhur Bhandarkar

Some days ago filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar shared a Twitter post against Karan Johar and the Dharma Productions for allegedly copying the title of his series “Bollywood Wives” which he claimed belonged to him. He alleged that both Johar and Mehta chose the name of their series Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives, despite knowing that his project was under making.

Now, Karan Johar has issued a public apology to Bhandarkar and he said that he didn’t foresee that such a change would upset him.

He started the letter saying, “Our relationship goes back a long way and we have both been a part of this close-knit industry for many, many years. Through all these years, I have been an ardent admirer of your work and I have always wished the best for you.”
