A petition has filed in the Bombay High Court seeking the permanent closure of her Twitter account. Ali Kashif Khan Deshmukh, a lawyer, has filed a criminal writ petition against the actress.
Ali Kashif Khan Deshmukh’s petition alleges that Kangana spreads hatred and disunity through her Twitter account. The case is under section 482 of the CRPC. The petition alleges that Kangana’s hateful tweets are divisive and criminal.
