PM Modi inaugurates first driverless train operations

PM Narendra Modi introduced the country’s first driverless train. The country’s first driverless train is part of the Delhi Metro. He said Governments did not have as much attention to future needs.  Now India has joined some of the countries in the world which have technology without a driverless train.

He further said that Make in India is very important for the expansion of metro services. This central government scheme reduces costs and saves foreign exchange. One advantage of this is that the people of the country get more employment. PM Modi also discussed the expansion of the metro on the occasion. PM Modi said that we have noticed that the extension of the metro, neoteric modes of transport should be used as per  the needs of the people of the city.
