Kapil Sharma complaints against Dilip Chhabria for cheating

Comedy king  Kapil Sharma filed a complaint against celebrity car designer and manufacturer Dilip Chhabria. In his complaint Kapil has allegedly accused Dilip of cheating him for nearly Rs. 5.7 crore on the pretext of delivering a new, customised vanity van. Yesterday Kapil was asked to give his statement regarding Dilip’s alleged cheating and forgery case.

A new case of cheating and misappropriation of funds will now be registered against Dilip and his company for allegedly duping Kapil. “Preliminary inquiry shows that it is a fit case of cheating and misappropriation of funds. We are in the process of registering the FIR,” said Milind Bharambe, Joint Commissioner of Police (crime).

In the given complaint, Kapil said that he had given the order of a new vanity van to Dilip and paid Rs. 5.7 crore f. But vanity van was never delivered to him and  Dilip also demanded more money from Kapil for parking charges.
