Babil Khan, Irrfan Khan’s son, recently made an exciting statement about the upcoming release of his late father’s unseen film.

Babil Khan, Irrfan Khan’s son, recently made an exciting announcement on Instagram that will undoubtedly make your day if you’re a big Irrfan Khan fan! The star kid shared a poster for his father’s unreleased film ‘Dubai Return,’ which will be available on YouTube on Saturday (July 3). This unexpected statement sent fans into a frenzy as they prepared to watch the late actor’s unreleased film. Irrfan plays a gangster named Aftaab Angrez in the film.

In the film’s vibrant poster, Irrfan is seen with long locks, wearing a stylish white cowboy hat and yellow sunglasses. “Releasing tomorrow on YouTube!” Babil captioned the photo.

Aditya Battacharya’s 2005 film was screened at the IFFI (International Film Festival of India), but it was never released in theatres. Razak Khan co-starred in the film with Irrfan Khan, Vijay Maurya, and others.

Earlier, Irrfan’s son Babil announced his intention to withdraw from the University of Westminster in order to “give his all” to his burgeoning acting career. He took to Instagram last week to say goodbye to his college friends.

He is now ready to follow in his father’s footsteps and pursue a career as an actor. He has signed his first film deal with Anushka Sharma’s production company, ‘Clean Slate Filmz,’ and will appear in Tripti Dimri’s Netflix film ‘Qala.’ He is also collaborating with director Shoojit Sircar and producer Ronnie Lahiri on a project.

Irrfan Khan died on April 29, last year, from a colon infection. The actor was only 53 years old when he died. He was diagnosed with neuroendocrine cancer in 2018, for which he received treatment, including chemotherapy. However, he later became ill and died as a result of an infection. His untimely death has left a massive void in the Hindi film industry.
