If you have a sweet tooth this time we are going to tell you the recipe for making peanut pudding which can be easily made at home.
Roasted peanuts – 100 grams (1/2 cup)
Ghee – 1/4 cup
Mawa – 100 grams (half cup)
Sugar – 150 grams (3/4 cup)
Cashew and Almonds – (4-4, chopped)
Raisins – 15-20 (break the stalk)
Pistachios – 7-8 (finely chopped)
Green cardamom – 4-5 (peel and grind)
Soak the peanuts in water for 3-4 hours then remove it and grind it coarsely without adding water.
Put 2 tablespoons of ghee in apan and heat it. Add peanut paste and roast well. As soon as the good smell starts coming or the peanut paste stops sticking to the pan.
Take out this paste and add mawa in the pan, fry continuously till it becomes light brown. Turn off the gas when it turns light brown. Take out the mawa in a vessel then add sugar and take an equal amount of water. Cook till the sugar dissolves completely. After syrup is made, mix all the remaining dry fruits and cardamom in it. Now add sugar syrup to the roasted paste and cook for 4-5 minutes. Peanut pudding is ready.
