Cheque case against BDJS leader Thushar Vellappally repealed

Kochi : The cheque bounce case against BDJS leader Thushar Vellappally at Ajman court in UAE was repealed after the court found out that the documents submitted by the complainant Nazil Abdulla were not trustworthy.

Later on, Thushar got back his passport which was surrendered in the court for bail. As the travel ban was lifted, Thushar will be able to come back to Kerala.

Thushar’s argument that he had not given a cheque to Nazil Abdulla was approved by the court. Earlier, Thushar had tried for an out of court settlement of the case.
