Samsung to donate Rs 37 crore to India to fight against covid 19
Covid 19 has created a stir all over the globe and the lives of people are badly affected especially in India. People are dying due to oxygen shortage at many places in the country. In such a situation, many tech companies have extended their hand for help. Tech giant Samsung has also announced assistance.
Reason behind Bill and Melinda Gates divorce
Samsung will donate Rs 37 crore to fight corona virus in India. They said that the fund will be given to the Central and State Governments to have necessary medical aid in the healthcare sectors. Samsung has said that the decision has been taken by the company after discussions with several stakeholders in India.
Samsung has announced to give $3 million out of this $5 million fund to the Central Government, Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu Government . Samsung will provide 100 oxygen concentraters, 3,000 oxygen cylinders and 10 lakh LDS (low dead space syringes). All these will be distributed in UP and Tamil Nadu.
