Yogurt is best for increasing skin radiance and softness. The lactic acid contained in it enhances the radiance of the skin. It is easily absorbed into the skin through the use of yogurt to retain its natural glow and moisture. It also protects the skin from wrinkles.
Apply yogurt on the face daily before bathing. Rinse when dry. Applying a mixture of pea powder and turmeric in yoghurt as a face pack two or three times a week will enhance the complexion. Zinc contained in yogurt is good for cell growth. For oily skin, apply oatmeal or seaweed with yogurt.
For acne-like problems, apply yogurt and aloe vera juice on the face and rinse off after 30 minutes. Yogurt regulates sebum production. Aloe vera juice is beneficial for bleaching. Mix a little musk with turmeric and apply it on the face to enhance the color and radiance of the skin. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. It is good to apply sour curd to remove dark spots on the face.
