Five eggs

½ cup powdered sugar

One teaspoon of vanilla essence

½ cup papaya pulp

¼ cup water

¼ cup milk

Adequate tutti frutti

Preparation:

Sieve the refined flour, baking powder, and salt into a vessel and set it aside.

In another vessel, thoroughly beat the eggs by gently adding the powdered sugar. Add the essence and mix well, then set aside.

Take the papaya pulp in a third pan and mix it thoroughly with water and milk.

Add the dry ingredients from the first vessel to the papaya pulp and blend properly.

Carefully pour this mixture into the vessel containing the beaten eggs. Mix well.

Spread butter paper on an eight-inch cake tin and transfer the cake batter into it. Add tutti frutti to the batter and make a few markings over it with a skewer.

Gently strike the cake tin on a hard surface, such as the kitchen countertop, two or three times.

Bake the batter in an oven preheated to 170 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.

Remove the tin from the oven and slice the cake when it cools to room temperature.
