Magic Covid medicine in AndraPradesh

The Jagan Government has stopped the distribution of the magic covid ayurvedic drug in Krishnapattanam of Nellore in Andhra Pradesh that triggered large gatherings in the area.

Boning Anand is the person who is distributing the medicine claiming that covid will cure it. He is believed by locals to be beneficial in covid patients. There is no scientific basis for this. It is reported that the drug has been distributed free of cost for the last ten days. The incident came to be light a long line of kilometres was noticed.

 

The drug is divided into three groups: Those with covid, those with fever, and those with other symptoms of covid. He claims to have prepared four medicines and blended them with Ayurvedic herbs. Anand has been practising Ayurveda in the village for some time. He has no formal education in Ayurveda or any other field of medicine.

The state government has stopped the distribution of the drug but no action has been taken against him. The action was not taken because there was no evidence that the drug has side effects. The drug will be tested by the Indian Council for Medical Research the government said. ICMR representatives are likely to arrive in Nellore on Saturday
