Kerala Reports 22,318 Covid cases Today

Covid confirmed 22,318 people in the state on Friday. Over the past 24 hours, 1,36,068 samples have been tested. The test positivity rate is 16.4. So far, 126 people from the UK (116), South Africa (9) and Brazil (1) have been confirmed by The Covid 19. Of these, 124 were tested negative. Kannur 17, Pathanamthitta 16, Palakkad 10, Ernakulam 9, Thrissur, Kasargod 8, Thiruvananthapuram 7, Kollam, Wayanad 6, Kozhikode 3, Kottayam and Malappuram 2 were affected. With this, 2,37,819 people have been diagnosed with the disease and are still undergoing treatment. 22,24,405 have so far been freed from covid.

There are currently 8,57,227 people under surveillance in various districts of the state. Of these, 8,18,117 are under home / institutional quarantine and 39,110 in hospitals.
