Relief for India; Covid cases fall, lowest rate in 44 days

In India, the second wave of Covid was fatally affected. In recent months, more than 3 lakh cases have been reported daily. But now new cases are being reported in the country. In the last 24 hours, 1.86 lakh people in India have been positive. The Health Ministry has clarified that less than 2 lakh cases have been reported for the second time this month.

1,86,364 people have been diagnosed with the disease in the last 24 hours. This is the lowest number of cases reported since the last 44 days. The main reason for the decline in cases is the implementation of restrictions, including lockdowns, in several states in the country. Meanwhile, the country’s daily positivity rate has come down to 9 percent.

The test positivity rate was less than ten in the last four days. In the last 24 hours, 2,59,459 people have recovered. Another 3660 deaths due to covid were confirmed at this time. In India, 2,75,55,457 people have been confirmed in the country. Of these, 2,48,93,410 recovered while 3,18,895 lost their lives due to covid.
