SBI to change rules on cash withdrawals from ATMs

New Delhi: SBI has come up with changes in chequebook charges and withdrawal of money from ATMs. The new rules apply to basic savings deposit account holders. The SBI also said that new changes will be in place from July 1.

Basics Savings Account holders can withdraw money only four times a month from ATMs. Then every time the money is withdrawn, Rs.15 and GST should be paid.

SBI currently offers a 10-page chequebook free of charge annually. After this, rs 40 for 10 leaf and Rs 75 for 25. 50 rupees to get the chequebook urgently.
