Covid drug collection, distribution: Drug controller accused by Gambhir Foundation

The Gautam Gambhir Foundation is reportedly guilty of collecting and distributing fabifloo medicine to covid patients without permission. The report was submitted on Thursday by the Delhi government’s drug controller in the Delhi High Court. The drug controller said action would be taken against the foundation and its clients without delay.

The drug controller also informed the court that MLA Praveen Kumar has also been found guilty of a similar offense falling under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act. Meanwhile, the court moved the hearing to July 29 seeking a report on the proceedings being taken in the case.
