BTS will collaborate with Ed Sheeran on a new song.

Ed Sheeran, a singer and songwriter, will collaborate with K-pop group BTS on a new song. Big Hit Entertainment, BTS’s management company, confirmed the news.

Sheeran confirmed his latest collaboration with the K-pop sensation and said he was looking forward to their new music in an interview with Most Requested Live! on Saturday (June 26) to promote his own new single “Bad Habits.”

“I actually worked with BTS on their last record, and I just finished writing a song for their new record,” he explained. “And they’re also really, really cool guys.”

However, no further information about the song has been released. It’s also unclear whether the song will be released on July 9 alongside the CD version of Butter.

This is not the first time BTS and Ed Sheeran will collaborate. The English singer previously worked with BTS on the song “Make it Right,” which appeared on the group’s 2019 EP “Map of the Soul: Persona.”
