Thalapathy Vijay fined for seeking exemption on luxury car’s entry tax
Kollywood actor Thalapathy Vijay is one of the most popular stars of South films. He owns many luxury cars he had reportedly applied for an exemption from the Court for entry tax to get one of his luxury vehicles imported from London. But , his plea stands dismissed by the Court.
Reports says Vijay has been imposed a fine of Rs 1 lakh by the Madras High Court for not paying taxes on his newly bought imported Rolls Royce car. The Court also criticised the actor for behaving like a “reel” hero.
