Kerala has confirmed 23 Zika virus cases
Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala recorded four new cases of Zika Virus on Tuesday. Four people have been infected with the virus, including a doctor working in a private hospital and a 16-year-old girl.
The total number of Zika cases in the state has risen to 23, according to Kerala Health Minister Veena George.
On July 9, the first case of the virus was confirmed in Kerala.
In all districts, a high alert has been issued for the mosquito-borne virus.
