T-shirts and jeans are prohibited at the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Secretariat.

During office hours, employees of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Secretariat are not permitted to wear jeans or T-shirts. Narendra Kumar Mishra, Joint Secretary in the Vidhan Sabha Secretariat, issued this order.

According to the rule, all secretariat personnel must henceforth dress in a manner that reflects the secretariat’s dignity.

The secretariat’s officers and workers have all been given this directive.

Anyone wearing jeans and a T-shirt, or other casual attire, is no longer permitted to enter the Secretariat.

According to the regulation, all officers and workers must dress in formal attire during office hours to maintain the secretariat’s dignity.
