Samsung Galaxy S23 FE; Released in the coming months; First look and specs

Rumours surrounding the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE have been circulating since the launch of the Galaxy S23 series earlier this year, although the company has not provided any official confirmation yet. However, it appears that the phone will be released in the coming months.

Recently, several leaks of the phone’s design have emerged, indicating that the Galaxy S23 FE will feature relatively thick and uneven bezels surrounding its screen.

The device is expected to sport a 6.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2x display and a triple-camera setup on the rear, similar to the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ models.

Instead of the camera island design seen on the Galaxy S21 FE, the Galaxy S23 FE will showcase three individual camera rings.

The phone’s sides and edges will have a curved design, and it is speculated that it will feature an in-display fingerprint reader, as no side-mounted reader is visible. According to reports, the Galaxy S23 FE will measure 58 x 76.3 x 8.2mm.

Considering that the Galaxy A54 5G boasts glass on both the front and rear, it is expected that the Galaxy S23 FE will also have a glass back, deviating from the plastic backs of the Galaxy S20 FE and Galaxy S21 FE.

In terms of specifications, the Galaxy S23 FE is said to be equipped with an Exynos 2200 processor, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. It is also rumoured to feature a 4,500mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.

The camera setup may consist of a 50 MP primary camera, a 12 MP ultra wide camera, and a dedicated telephoto camera. Information regarding the selfie camera’s resolution remains uncertain.

Additionally, it is expected that the phone will come with an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance, stereo speakers, and support for wireless charging.
