Kangana Ranaut expresses her condolences for the death of a fan in a Himachal landslide, calling it “beyond terrible”

Kangana Ranaut is devastated by the tragic death of her 34-year-old admirer, Dr Deepa Sharma, who was in the Kinnaur area of Himachal Pradesh when she was killed by a devastating landslide on Sunday (July 25). Kangana took to Instagram stories to express her astonishment and anguish at the news, as well as to express her sympathies to Deepa’s family.

“She was a huge fan, she sent me charming letters, showered me with gifts and sweets, and even paid a visit to my residence in Manali…. Oh, no!!! It feels like a massive jolt… This is so tragic… Oh my God,” the ‘Queen’ star wrote.

Kangana wrote of her first meeting with Deepa, saying, “I still remember I was in Jaipur working for Manikarnika and many admirers waited in my hotel lobby, I paid little regard to the crowd but she saw me and yelled she gave me no time and grabbed me tight.” I’ve felt terrible ever since we stayed in touch, and today’s terrible news, especially the Himachal landslide catastrophe, makes me feel much worse.”

Deepa’s family also received condolences from the 34-year-old actress. “My heartfelt condolences to Dr. Deepa’s family and friends. You will always be in my heart… please come back again,” Kangana added.
