Kerala’s Covid vaccine stock has run out: health minister

Thiruvananthapuram: According to Health Minister Veena George, the state has run out of Covid vaccine stock. Several districts, including Thiruvananthapuram, have no vaccine doses available. As a result, vaccine will be unavailable in many districts on Tuesday.

Kerala’s vaccination rate has been higher than the national average. On a population basis, the number of people in Kerala who received the first and second doses of vaccines remains high.

Since July 18, the state has received more vaccine doses than it had previously. The Health Minister’s office provides the most recent vaccination updates. More people could be vaccinated this week because there was enough stock, according to the minister.
