New Delhi: The long-awaited trailer for Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar’s Bellbottom has finally arrived.

The Bellbottom trailer was released in the national capital on Tuesday, with Akshay Kumar, Vaani Kapoor, Lara Dutta, Jackky Bhagnani, and Deepshikha Deshmukh among those in attendance.

The storey is set in 1984, when India faced numerous challenges, including multiple heinous aeroplane hijackings.

In the film, Akshay, who plays a RAW agent, is shown to be in command of the situation, and thus the ‘Khiladi’ actor launches India’s first covert operation.

The trailer is a roller-coaster ride of excitement, emotion, suspense, drama, action, patriotism, and a lot of fun. For the first time, Vaani Kapoor plays a lead opposite Akshay Kumar in the film.

It has already caused a tidal wave of excitement among fans and critics alike.

For the uninitiated, the film will now be released in theatres on August 19, and industry observers hope that this espionage epic will entice audiences to return to experience the thrill of cinema in all its glory.

Ranjit M Tewari directs the film, which also stars Vaani Kapoor, Lara Dutta, and Huma Qureshi in pivotal roles.
