In India, the Quad nations are on track to produce 1 billion doses of COVID-19 vaccinations, according to the US
The White House said on Wednesday (August 4, 2021) that the Quad countries are on track to produce at least one billion doses of COVID-19 vaccine in India by the end of 2022. It also reaffirmed its commitment to providing free vaccines to the needy around the world with no strings attached. Australia, India, Japan, and the United States compose the Quad.
Previously, in March, the Quad leaders conducted their first-ever virtual summit and promised to providing one billion immunizations to Southeast Asia.
