Seema Nair writes a touching tribute to her late friend Saranya Sasi, who died of cancer; Manju Warrier expresses her condolences
Saranya Sasi, a prominent Mollywood actress, died this morning after a lengthy battle with cancer. The actress, who was being treated for a brain tumour, died this morning at a private hospital in Thiruvananthapuram. Seema Nair, who had been with Saranya throughout her cancer battle, offered passionate tribute to her.
Seema Nair posted joyous photos of herself with late actress Saranya on social media with the caption, “An end to all the prayers and efforts.”

Saranya considers Seema Nair to be a close friend and family member. They have a strong bond, and Seema is said to have been a terrific support system for Saranya during her arduous cancer battle. Saranya’s residence is also named after her companion, ‘Sneha Seema,’ according to reports.
Manju Warrier and Harish Perady, among others, expressed their sorrow.
Saranya was a well-known Malayalam television actor. She began her acting career in 2006 with the Balachandra Menon serial and has since appeared in numerous films and soap operas in Malayalam and Tamil. Saranya has appeared in films such as Chotta Mumbai, Thalappavu, Bombay, and Chacko Randaman. Saranya Sasi married her beau, Binu Xavier, in a traditional ceremony in Kochi in 2014.
