Check out these two recipes for refreshing and delectable chia seed puddings.

Ingredients
8 tbsp chia seeds
2 ½ cups milk
2 tbsp honey
1 cup mango pulp
½ cup dragon fruit pulp

Preparation
Mango chia pudding

Mix chia seeds, milk and honey in a small bowl
Keep it in the fridge over night
Pour some chia seed mixture in a mason jar or in a glass
Pour some mango pulp over it
Repeat the layers
Garnish using fresh mango pieces or as you wish
Dragon fruit chia pudding
Mix chia seed mixture and dragon fruit pulp in a bowl
Refrigerate it
Pour some chia seed mixture in a mason jar or glass
Pour the chia seeds – drag fruit mixture on top
Repeat the layers
Decorate the puddings using fresh fruits or nuts.
