Healthy Lemon Coriander Soup Recipe
Lemon Coriander Soup is a very healthy vegetarian soup with refreshing taste. It is so easy to cook using Onion, Cabbage, , Coriander Stem, Butter, Ginger, etc. Here we have the recipe.
Ingredients
Butter – 1 tbsp
Garlic (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
Ginger (finely chopped) – 1 tsp
Onion (finely chopped) – 3 tbsp
Cabbage (finely chopped) – ¼ Cup
Carrot (finely chopped) – ¼ Cup
Coriander Stem (finely chopped) – ½ Cup
Salt – ½ tsp
Water – 3 Cups
Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Corn Flour – 1 tbsp
Water – ¼ Cup
Coriander Leaves – ¼ Cup
Preparation
Heat butter in a pan, add garlic, ginger, onion and cook for 2 mins.
Add cabbage, carrot, coriander steam and saute for a minute.
Pour water and salt and let simmer for 3 mins.
Mix corn flour with water to prepare a gravy.
Then add the prepared cornflour and water slurry, mix them well and simmer for 3 mins.
Next add black pepper powder, lemon juice, coriander leaves, mix well and remove from heat. Soup ready
