Do not undervalue potatoes!!!! Here’s a quick and easy spicy potato fry. They are ready in 10 minutes.
- Half boiled Potatoes- 4
- Capsicum- 1
- Spring onion
- Cooked Green peas – 2 tbsp
- Kashmiri chilly powder- 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin powder -1 tsp
- Cornflour -2 tbsp
Cut up the half-baked potatoes into cubes. Marinate the potatoes in a mixture of chilly powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, cornflour, and salt. Set it aside for 30 minutes.
In a frying pan, heat some oil. Fry them in a shallow pan. Combine the marinated potatoes and green peas in a mixing bowl. Fry them until they are golden brown and crispy. Then stir in the capsicum and spring onion. Cook for 2 minutes. Spring onions and capsicum should not be overcooked.
