Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan just moved into a large new home just a few buildings away from their old one, and it is truly a vision. The couple’s new home is every home improvement enthusiast’s dream, with everything from a big patio space to a lush green lawn. The couple’s old property in Mumbai’s Bandra’s Fortune Heights was on the rental market and has now been rented out.
According to Money Control, a company called Guilty by Association Media LLP has rented Kareena and Saif’s old house. According to the records, the 1,500 sq ft space comes with two parking spaces and a security deposit of Rs 15 lakh. The contract was reportedly inked on August 13, 2021, only hours before the pair flew to the Maldives to celebrate Saif’s 51st birthday.

According to the terms of the arrangement, their previous house will be rented for three years, beginning August 20, 2021 and ending August 19, 2024. The pair would earn a monthly rent of Rs 3.5 lakh for the first year. It will rise to Rs 3.67 lakh in the second year and Rs 3.87 lakh in the last year.
Otherwise, the cost of their residence is between Rs 12 and Rs 14 crore. The paperwork further claimed that a Rs 34,500 stamp duty and a Rs 1,000 registration fee were paid.
