Kerala Engineering Entrance Exam to Be Held Online from Next Year

The Kerala Engineering Entrance Exam is set to undergo a significant change as it will transition to an online format starting next year. The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) has recommended this shift, aligning the engineering entrance examination with the online pattern commonly seen in similar exams.

The proposal to conduct the exam online is currently awaiting approval from the Cabinet, and sources suggest that the government is inclined towards the online mode of examination. If approved, the current structure of the exam, consisting of two papers for physics, chemistry, and mathematics, will be amalgamated into a single online paper.

This move is expected to streamline the examination process, potentially making it more accessible and efficient for candidates. The decision reflects the broader trend in educational assessments, with many entrance exams transitioning to online formats for convenience and scalability.
