Rana Daggubati, Rakul Preet Singh, and ten others have been summoned by the ED in connection with a drug case

In connection with a four-year-old drugs case, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has summoned 12 Tollywood actors and directors, including Rakul Preet Singh, Rana Daggubati, and Ravi Teja.

An ED official confirmed that Rakul Preet, Rana Daggubati, Teja, Puri Jagannadh, Charmme Kaur, and Mumaith Khan, among others, have been summoned for questioning on separate dates.

According to the official, the agency has asked Jagannadh to appear before it on August 31, Rakul Preet to join the probe on September 6, and Daggubati and Teja to appear before it on September 8 and 9, respectively.

In August 2017, the Telangana SIT arrested a South African national for allegedly supplying cocaine from Mumbai to Hyderabad.
