Guinness World Records (GWR) posted a video about his record on their social media accounts. People are in awe of his grit and determination after watching the video.

On August 6, 2021, Scali set the record. Scali suffers from CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome), which causes his left arm to be in almost constant pain, according to the GWR.

“The emotions that ran through me when I finished the plank were phenomenal. Joy is an emotion. “I’ve accomplished the goal, I’ve accomplished my main goal of raising awareness about CRPS, and I’ve accomplished the record,” Scali was quoted in GWR’s blog.

The netizens were astounded and reacted with zeal. “Wow, that is incredible…. congrats!” wrote one user. Another person commented that they couldn’t sleep in one position for that long. “9 hours is an excellent amount of time. I can’t even sleep for 8 hours in this position.” Another user bemoaned the fact that their personal best was three minutes, saying, “My best is three minutes.”

Since it was shared, the video has received 15.4 lakh views on YouTube, and the number is growing. The share has also received a large number of comments.
