Election; schools closed in nine districts on Oct 30, Nov 2

Haryana schools will be closed in several districts on October 30 and November 2 due to the Zilla Parishad and Panchayat Samiti elections tweeted the Directorate of Information and Public Relations of Haryana.

Apart from schools, other educational institutions, factories and offices will also be closed on these two days so students and employees can cast their votes.

In the Adampur constituency, a public holiday has also been declared from November 3 to 6 in schools, colleges and other educational institutions, government offices, and corporations due to the bye-elections which would be held there.
