Malayalam anthology ‘Aanum Pennum’ to stream on Amazon Prime Video

On Wednesday, the Malayalam anthology film “Aanum Pennum” will be released on the streaming service Amazon Prime Video.

Three short films by renowned filmmakers Venu, Aashiq Abu, and Jay K are included in the film.

The film, which stars Parvathy Thiruvothu, Asif Ali, Joju George, Roshan Mathew, and Samyuktha Menon among others, was released theatrically in March of this year.

Aashiq Abu, the director of the short film ‘Rani,’ took to Facebook to inform his fans of the news.

“#AanumPennumOnPrime streaming from tomorrow,” the filmmaker, known for critically acclaimed films such as ‘Virus’ and ‘Gangster,’ wrote on Twitter.

‘Aanum Pennum’ investigates relationships against the backdrop of three distinct timelines, with each segment telling a storey about romance, betrayal, and lust.

Aashiq Abu’s short film ‘Rani’ stars Mathew and Darshana Rajendran, while Venu directed ‘Rachiyamma,’ which stars Parvathy Thiruvothu and Asif Ali.

Jay K directed the third film in the anthology, titled ‘Savithri,’ which stars George and Menon.

CK Padma Kumar and M Dileep Kumar produce ‘Aanum Pennum.’
