Creamy white sauce pasta recipe

Pasta is love. It is an easy recipe which can be made under 35 minutes. You will love this creamy, saucy pasta with sprinkled chili flakes on it. Here we have the recipe.

Boil  water and add a pinch of salt to it. When it starts bubbling add your pasta and cook them on medium to high flame .When it becomes soft allow the pasta to cool down and strain off the remaining water.

Heat a pan and melt 2 tablespoons of butter on low flame. When butter melts  add 1 or 1½  tablespoon whole wheat flour.

Keep stirring the mixture without letting form lumps. Sauté it till white flour turns golden brown colour. Keep stirring to cook the flour evenly. Then pour 1 cup milk and keep stirring. Once the sauce has thickened, add seasoning for the flavour. Add  salt, nutmeg powder and black pepper powder. Add 2 tablespoons of grated cheddar cheese if you love your pasta to be more creamy and cheesy.

Add the cooked soft pasta to the saucepan. Mix them well in the creamy white sauce and add oregano, basil leaves improve  the flavour.
